King's Winter
| 5 cl | Siegfried Gin |
| 1.5 cl | Honey syrup |
| 2 cl | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 2 Dash | Absinthe |
| Garnish | Lemon zest |
Preparation:
Pour everything into a shaker and shake on ice. Then double strain into a cocktail glass.
Spritz with lemon zest.
