King's Winter

Alcohol 24.7% by volume (17.2g per serving)
Tools needed Shaker, Fine Strainer

5 cl Siegfried Gin
1.5 cl Honey syrup
2 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Dash Absinthe
Garnish Lemon zest


Pour everything into a shaker and shake on ice. Then double strain into a cocktail glass.
Spritz with lemon zest.
