Mexican Affair
| 4 cl | Siegfried Gin |
| 1 cl | Mezcal |
| 2 cl | Honey |
| 1.5 cl | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
| 2 Bar spoon | Tomami Tomato Essence #1 |
| 5 cl | Soda water |
| Garnish | Colourful cocktail tomatoes, basil leaves |
Preparation:
Add all ingredients except soda water to the highball glass and stir well. Fill glass with ice cubes, top with soda water and stir again. Cut a few colourful cocktail tomatoes in half and add to the glass. Decorate with fresh basil.
