6 cl | Siegfried Gin |
2 cl | Triple Sec |
2 cl | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
2 cl | Egg white |
Garnish | Edible flowers |
Preparation:
Put all ingredients into the shaker without ice and shake (dry shake). Then add ice cubes and continue shaking.
Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Then double-strain into a pre-chilled glass (e.g. coupette).
