| 6 cl | Wonderleaf |
| 14 cl | Elderflower Tonic (e.g. Fever Tree) |
| 1 pinch | Sea salt flakes |
| Garnish | Pink pepper berries / lemongrass |
Preparation:
Add ice cubes and Wonderleaf to a highball glass and top up with tonic. Then add a pinch of sea salt flakes on top.
