Fresh watermelon juice
Freshly squeezed lime juice
White edible flowers
Either prepare the watermelon juice using a juicer or puree the watermelon and strain through a kitchen sieve, collecting the juice.
Variation 1: Put all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a cocktail glass and decorate with edible flowers.
Punch variant: Pour the amount of ingredients needed for the number of people either into a punch bowl or into a carafe. Mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour. Stir before serving.
*Recipe: “Vanilla syrup”
2,5 tsp Organic vanilla extract
Bring water to a boil, add sugar and dissolve it. Simmer for about 10 minutes at a low temperature. At last, add vanilla extract. Let the sirup cool down and pour it into a clean bottle. The syrup lasts up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator.
When serving, offer the ice cubes separately, that way everyone can help themselves according to taste and the punch does not become watered down.
