5 cl | Siegfried Wonderleaf |
1.5 cl | Popcorn syrup (e.g. from Monin) |
3 cl | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
6 pieces | Raspberries |
8 cl | Ginger Beer |
Garnish | Raspberries, mint and popcorn |
Preparation:
Mash the fresh raspberries in a shaker, add Wonderleaf, popcorn syrup, and lime juice and shake on ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes, top with Ginger Beer and stir gently. Garnish with fresh raspberries, mint and popcorn.
