Gin Raisin Splash
4 cl | Siegfried Gin |
1.5 cl | PX Sherry |
1 cl | Dry Vermouth |
1 piece | Sugar cube |
2 Dash | Peychaud’s Bitters |
6 cl | Tonic Water (e.g. Fever Tree Mediterranean)) |
Garnish | Rosemary sprig |
Preparation:
Sprinkle the sugar cubes with Peychaud’s Bitters in a tumbler and crush with a pestle. Add Siegfried, vermouth, PX sherry and ice cubes and stir. Top with tonic water and garnish with rosemary.
