Wonderleaf Avocado Smash
| 6 cl | Siegfried Wonderleaf |
| 0.25 piece | Ripe Avocado |
| 1.5 cl | Apricot Liqueur |
| 3 cl | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
| 1.5 cl | Sugar syrup |
| 1 pinch | Sea salt |
| Garnish | Salt rim on the glass |
Preparation:
Mash the avocado in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake on ice. Then strain through a fine sieve into a pre-chilled coupette.
Alcohol-free version: Apricot nectar instead of apricot liqueur.
