Siegfried Bramble

Alcohol 21.6% by volume (16.4g per serving)
Tools needed Shaker, Pestle, Fine Strainer
5 cl Siegfried Gin
2 cl Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cl Sugar syrup
6 pieces Fresh Blackberries

Preparation:

Mash the blackberries in a shaker with a pestle, add the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and ice cubes and shake vigorously. Then strain through a fine sieve into a glass (e.g. tumbler) filled with ice cubes.
