5 cl | Siegfried Wonderleaf |
2.5 cl | Lemon balm syrup |
0.5 cl | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
6 cl | Verjus Sparkling (e.g. Fischer Verjus Frizz) |
Garnish | Fresh mint |
Preparation:
Shake Wonderleaf, lemon juice, & lemon balm syrup on ice and double strain into a champagne bowl on ice cubes. Then top up with Verjus, stir gently and garnish with mint.
If you don’t have a shaker at home, you can use a canning jar or a tin with a lid instead and strain the drink with the help of a small kitchen strainer.
