Pandan Flow
4 cl | Siegfried Gin |
5 cl | Pandan extract (available in Asia Shops) |
1.5 cl | Sugar syrup |
1 cl | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
10 cl | Green tea (hot) |
Garnish | Pandan leaf |
Preparation:
Prepare green tea according to instructions. Mix all ingredients in a teapot and serve hot in tea bowls.
Warm the pandan extract slightly so that it is easier to portion.
