| 5 cl | Siegfried Wonderleaf |
| 2 cl | Martini Floreale (non-alcoholic) |
| 1 cl | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
| 15 cl | Pink Grapefruit Lemonade (e.g. Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit) |
| 1 pinch | Sea salt |
| Garnish | Grapefruit, Sea salt |
Preparation:
Fill a balloon glass with ice cubes and add Wonderleaf, lime juice and Martini Floreale. Top up with Grapefruit Lemonade and stir gently. Cut a very thin slice of grapefruit and place it decoratively on the side of the glass. Finally, add a pinch of sea salt to the drink.
